Chicago Lions to Host Mid-West Combine for USA Sevens

USA Sevens Camp 2010
On Sunday June 19th the Chicago Lions RFC will be hosting a Sevens Combine. Head Coach for the USA Sevens Team, Al Caravelli, will be in attendance. Athletes from all sports are encouraged to attend. (If you are under 18 years of age your parent must sign a waiver).

What to bring:
Short, Socks, Mouth Piece, Cleats (NO METAL!), Field Turf Combine Shoes (optional).
The Combine will include:
10 Meter Sprint
40 Meter Sprint
8# Medicine Ball Power Toss
Vertical Jump
Yo-Yo Recovery Test
There will be some rugby skill sessions afterwards. Passing, 1 v 1, 3 v 2, and controlled scrimmage depending on numbers.
